On December 11th and 12th, our incoming service manager, Donatella COMBI, was invited to participate in the 8th annual congress of ARF-Québec (Association des Réceptifs et forfaitistes Québécois) which brought together 139 participants from Quebec and abroad in Montreal, in the presence of Mrs. Caroline Proulx, Quebec Minister of Tourism.

During a roundtable discussion on sustainable tourism, Donatella was able to highlight the sustainable development initiatives undertaken by the Philibert Group, a subject that is particularly close to the hearts of North American tour operators who are very sensitive to environmental protection. This participation was also an opportunity to discover the functioning of this association of incoming agencies, which has been in existence for 10 years and is a model for the most recent France DMC Alliance, of which Philibert Travel&Event is an active member.
