YOUR PROGRAM : 

Day 1 :

Departure from Lyon or Geneva by coach towards the Mont Blanc Valley in Upper Savoy and arrival in Chamonix.

Arrival in your 3-star or 4-star hotel and greeting from the staff. Check-in and installation in your rooms.

20h00-22h30: Cocktail dinner at the hotel.

Overnight stay.

Day 2 :

Breakfast at the hotel.

8h30-12h00: Working session / meeting in a fully equipped conference room (mineral water, paper, pens, screen, video-projector, HF microphone, paperboard, Wi-Fi).

12h30-14h00: Lunch at the hotel restaurant.

14h30-17h00: Team-building activity in Chamonix.

According to the location of the hotel, departure by coach or by foot to reach the cable cars.

15h00: Gondola ride until the summit to reach the activity site.

15h30-17h00: Initiation and fun discovery of rifle-shooting biathlon, leaded by qualified instructors. The biathlon is an Olympic sport, associating cross-country skiing to rifle shooting but here, the skiing is replaced by “running”. During a competition, distances vary in general between 7.5km and 20km. But don’t worry, the objective today is to have fun! The rifle-shooting is the main activity. The itinerary will be just long enough to get you “out of breath” and to force you to concentrate more to aim the heart of the target. You will discover this discipline encouraging precision, concentration, self-control and stress handling. Warm drinks will be served during the activity.

17h00: You are at 1 900m height… the instructors equip you with helmet, fluorescent jacket and each of you with his « paret ». What is a paret? A traditional sliding gear born in the Manigod Valley in Upper Savoy. This wooden homemade object is a sledge with only one skate, equipped with an inclined board on which we can seat and a handle to lead it.

17h30-18h30: The instructors brief the « caravan »… And let’s go for 30 to 45 minutes of ride, 800 meters of height drop! It’s magical, only descent! An unforgettable moment!

18h30: Return back to the hotel to rest.

20h00-22h30: Dinner at the hotel.

Free evening in Chamonix (Clubs and bars opened until late). According to the location of the hotel, possibility to organize a transfer until city centre.

Overnight stay.

Day 3 :

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.

10h00-12h00 : Working session / meeting in a fully equipped conference room (mineral water, paper, pens, screen, video-projector, HF microphone, paperboard, Wi-Fi) with coffee/tea and croissants/fruits break.

12h30-15h00 : Lunch at the hotel restaurant.

Return to the airport or train station by coach.

Overnight stay.

Experience a winter night adventure to discover fabulous snowy sceneries in Chamonix and enjoy a traditional Savoyard meal set in the forest, in a Mongolian Yurt. A magical Wilderness Camp!         

With the last gondola lift of the Grands-Montets, ride down the mountain with your sledge or snow shoes before arriving at the yurt, hidden in the forest. Campfires and warm soup will greet you and then a traditional meal with wine, salad, “tartiflette” and dessert is served, before you’re heading back to Chamonix. A unique alpine experience that you definitely won’t forget!
