    Day 1 :

    Arrival from your country to Lyon. Greeting from your driver and transfer to a « Bouchon Lyonnais» restaurant for a first typical lunch. Then, departure for a guided panoramic city sightseeing tour of Lyon. Lyon’s historical town centre and is registered at UNESCO World Heritage since December 1998. See the city’s highlights: Fourviere and its so-called « praying hill » with the Notre-Dame basilica and admire the terrific panorama on the town, the Bellecour Square, the Terreaux Square with its remarkable Bartholdi fountain, the Rhone and Saone river quays and the Presqu’ile (half-island) district. Transfer to your hotel. Installation in your room. In the evening, dinner on board a gastronomic coach! Discover Lyon city by night through a panoramic glass roof, over an exceptional menu cooked by a Michelin starred Chef. Return to your hotel. Overnight.

    Day 2 :

    Breakfast. Departure with your guide for the walking tour of the « Vieux Lyon », the medieval and Renaissance district of the town. Through 2000 years of History, start from St John’s cathedral and enjoy strolling around narrow streets passing from inner courtyards to the famous « traboules » (secret corridors between streets) and let yourself be charmed by secrets and fascinating stories… Stop for a red praline brioche sampling, typical delicacy of Lyon. Then, continue to the « Halles Paul Bocuse », the covered market of Lyon. Discover all kinds of fresh local quality products. « Lyon style » sampling directly at merchants counters: fine colds cuts, varied cheeses, sweets with local wines. In the afternoon, visit the MUSCO : a live manufactured chocolate museum. On Richard and Gaëlle Sève’s initiative, in an architectural setting discover a manufacture from the bean to the tablet (Bean to Bar), a shop and a kitchen-workshop. As soon as the door is crossed, the magic works, the aromas of roasted beans, cocoa and the rumble of the machines greet the visitor and invite him on a taste and sensory journey. Sit at the tasting table to learn about the chocolate sampling art or attend to pastry courses to learn baking macarons, praline tart or chocolate desserts with a real pastry Chef. Back to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight.

    Day 3 :

    Breakfast. Departure from your hotel towards the close Beaujolais region. Meet in a farm owned by a family for a real immersion in the heart of a Beaujolais ecological agricultural holding. In the morning, learn how to knead and bake bread in a traditional wood oven. Then with the owner who is winemaker and sommelier, take part to an oenological discovery around 3 wines. The grapes and the wheat are grown organically in the farm by the family. Share their culture through wonderful gustative sensations. The visit will be followed by a typical farm lunch, cooked with local ingredients in the wood oven by the householder. Continue the itinerary through the villages of Beaujolais and visit a local castle and its wine cellar. Transfer back to your hotel or, according to your schedule, to the train station or the airport.
